What’s in a name?
Chrisafir is a blend of my name Chris and the Arabic word for traveler – Musafir. For the last 10 years I have been living, working and traveling in Asia trying to capture the places I have been on film to share with friends and anyone else that is interested.

This website has had many incarnations but the principal theme has remained the same – a platform to showcase my pictures and tell my stories. Over time it has gone up come down and now it is back up again with a facebook page to boot.

The window for endless travel seems to get ever smaller as I grow older but I will try to keep this space as up to date as I can and filled with new content.
