Ethiopia

The north is full of rock hewn churches and the Nile river valley whereas the south looks much more like the set from the Lion King. The tribal people with their clay caked hair and beautiful colourful beads and shells are straight out of National Geographic. Not forgetting the most bizarre of them all, the Mersi tribe with their ladies with the huge lip plates who have turned themselves into photo whores poking and shouting and pulling their flapping lips in every direction demanding their picture be taken.
